Week 15 - Ayam bawang I can see why Wikipedia lists this one as one of the most popular flavours in Indonesia. It’s a basic spicy and flavourful chicken and onion soup. I can imagine that it would make a really good base for a proper noodle soup, with added chicken and vegetables, and lots of fried onion on top. Score: 9/10
